Domestic
- All ready to ship orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days of completing your purchase.
- All items are sent with tracking.
- Standard shipping is $10AUD, and can be expected within 2-8 business days after placing your order.
- Express shipping is $15AUD, and can be expected within 1-4 business days after placing your order.
- Once your item is sent off, you will be notified via email along with your tracking information.
International
- All ready to ship orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days of completing your purchase.
- All items are sent with tracking.
- Standard International shipping has a flat rate of $30AUD, and can be expected within 6-10 business days for major metro areas. Wait times for rural areas may vary due to destination, customs processing, etc. As a result, please allow 25+ business days.
- Please contact me directly for information regarding Express International Shipping.
- Any taxes, import fees, and custom fees are not the responsibility of Jewelz By Gem, and may vary depending on where you are sending your parcel. Please be sure to check the requirements of your country before placing your order, as any extra fees will be at the customers’ expense.
