Returns Policy

It’s important to me that you truly love your new shiny bling - so if your piece isn’t quite as expected, refunds or exchanges are available on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that I do not accept refunds for made to order pieces, custom pieces, sale items, or gift cards. 

With this in mind, please take time and care when choosing your piece and determining your size. If you need help finding your size, please see my size guide here.

If your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, please ensure:

  • It is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tracking must be used with return shipping.

  • Return shipping is at the customers expense.

  • A refund or exchange will only be made after I have received and assessed the item.

  • Please understand JBG is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Repairs

Every Jewelz By Gem piece is made with great attention to detail. Ample time goes into ensuring that each piece is of its best possible quality. Having said that, please understand that everything is handmade and therefore may be subject to minor imperfections. Any defects due to manufacturing faults may be repaired at no extra cost.

Damage due to natural wear and tear is not considered faulty. As a result, repairs of this nature will be at the expense of the buyer. 

Please understand that due to the unique nature of some stones, not all stones are replaceable, so please take good care of your pieces.
